Meet Our Team
Brian Gubernick
Brian Gubernick is a real estate entrepreneur, endurance athlete, keynote speaker, girl dad, and host of the No Days Off podcast. Over the past 15+ years, he has worn nearly every hat in the real estate industry — agent, investor, sales team owner, coach, brokerage leader, and corporate executive — building and scaling businesses that have impacted thousands nationwide. He is currently the Chief Real Estate Officer at PLACE, an Advisor to Homeward, and a partner in multiple real estate-related ventures, including property management, title, and investment firms. Brian began his journey in 2007 with the launch of Homehelper Consultants (HhC), a nationally recognized team within Keller Williams, earning accolades such as the 2014 Keller Williams Innovator Award and recognition from Inman in 2017. That same year, he founded Metrix, which has since mentored hundreds of real estate leaders. In Spring 2025, he delivered a powerful TedX talk on the urgency of living intentionally, challenging others to embrace purpose, presence, and bold action. A lifelong competitor, Brian channels his passion for growth through endurance sports — having completed marathons, ultramarathons, and 50K races — as a way to cultivate mental resilience and personal transformation.
Ben Kinney
Ben Kinney is a businessman, real estate agent, and best-selling author who co-founded PLACE in 2019 with Chris Suarez. PLACE is the real estate industry’s only all-in-one technology and business services platform powering the top 20% of agents which recently announced a $100 million Series A round led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with a valuation of more than $1 billion. Prior to launching PLACE, Ben founded the Ben Kinney Companies, which include Brivity, coaching and training companies, plus mortgage, title, escrow, and multiple real estate brokerages located throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Three of his companies were recently ranked in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America, and he has personally trained over 100,000 business owners via conferences, classes, and webinars. In total, Ben leads more than 1,800 agents and 300 employees.
