Brian Gubernick, Co-Founder of Metrix Masterminds, has more than 15 years of industry experience. He’s held the role of investor, agent, team owner/leader, multi-state expansion team owner, brokerage operating partner, coach and trainer, and corporate executive. Brian started his real estate sales career by launching his sales team, Homehelper Consultants (HhC), in 2007. HhC quickly became one of Keller Williams’ top teams nationwide. In 2011, Brian began expanding his team into other states. Brian was the recipient of the Keller Williams’ Innovator Award in 2014 and was a runner-up for the Inman News’ Most Innovative Team award in 2017. That same year, Brian launched Metrix, which has now mentored hundreds of real estate team owners and investors. In addition to Metrix and HhC, Brian is an owner in several other real estate-related businesses, including brokerage, property management, title/escrow, residential investment, and consulting services. In 2020, Brian joined Homeward Inc. as its Chief Real Estate Officer and now serves as an Advisor to the company.

Ben Kinney is a businessman, real estate agent, and best-selling author who co-founded PLACE in 2019 with Chris Suarez. PLACE is the real estate industry’s only all-in-one technology and business services platform powering the top 20% of agents which recently announced a $100 million Series A round led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with a valuation of more than $1 billion. Prior to launching PLACE, Ben founded the Ben Kinney Companies, which include Brivity, coaching and training companies, plus mortgage, title, escrow, and multiple real estate brokerages located throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Three of his companies were recently ranked in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America, and he has personally trained over 100,000 business owners via conferences, classes, and webinars. In total, Ben leads more than 1,800 agents and 300 employees.
